FIELD: investigating or analyzing materials.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises applying visible mark on the specimen to measure an angle of rotation of the specimen around its axis, saturating the specimen with a proton-containing liquid, setting the specimen into the spectrometer, making the visible mark coincident with the direction along the chosen axis of the laboratory co-ordinate system, setting the specimen in rotation around its axis with a uniform speed until the rotation angle between the mark and direction along the laboratory co-ordinate axis reaches 360°. For every current rotation angle, the measurement of the current angular amplitude of the spin-echo signal from the proton-containing liquid is performed before and after the event of affecting the specimen by a given value of pulse gradient magnetic field whose value increases or decreases in step subsequent to the destination of an angle of 360°. The current angular amplitude of the signal is measured again according to the method described before and after the effect of the changed value of pulse gradient of the magnetic field. The anysotropy coefficient and the characteristics of the main axes of anisotropy of pore space of rock are judged by the data obtained for a given value of the pulse gradient of magnetic field of current angular amplitudes of the signal of spin-echo.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
