FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying programmed measuring platinum electrode polarization relative to chlorosilver reference electrode in three-electrode cell. Time for reaching given current magnitude is measured when polarizing the measuring platinum electrode from hydrogen adsorption potential to oxygen adsorption potential and further to the ultimate metabolite adsorption potentials at polarization speed of 0.003-0.05 V/s. Measuring platinum electrode polarization is continued to +1.65 V for measuring urea concentration; to +1.41 V for measuring creatinine concentration; +1.22 V for measuring uric acid concentration.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measurements.
