FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed rectifier motor that can be used in electric drives of high-speed ultracentrifuges for separating various materials, such as uranium isotopes, in centrifugal field has its stator incorporating inductive transducers and Hall-effect transducer disposed on one of inductive transducers. Inductive transducers are offset relative to symmetry axis of phase coil group in direction opposing rotation of drive disc through angle α of 1 to 5 deg. Hall-effect transducer is offset relative to symmetry axis of phase coil group through angle φ of 1 to 25 deg. Permanent magnets whose diameter amounts to 0.45 - 0.65 of pole pitch length are installed in groups of two magnets (group number Ngr ≥ 2) over circumference with poles S and N being relatively offset through angle β.
EFFECT: enhanced motor efficiency and specific power output, improved cooling conditions.
