FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, disk-type surface tillage tools used in tillage machines.
SUBSTANCE: disk harrow has frame with transverse beams, on which beams spherical disks are mounted on pins on individual tines in inclined position relative to horizontal plane. Spherical disks are arranged in equally spaced relation with respect to one another within bushings and are cantilevered so that angle of attack of disks in each row may be synchronously changed. Spherical disks are directed with their concavities in the course of advancement of harrow and are oriented identically in each row of disks. Harrow has four rows of disk working tools, with concavity of disks of each subsequent row being opposed to convexity of disks of previous row. Disks of even rows are offset with respect to disks of previous rows by a distance ▵e=2t±0.1D, where t is quotient of division of disk spacing in row L by number of rows n, D is diameter of disk, and disks of third row are offset with respect to disks of previous row by a distance ▵3=t±0.1D. Such construction allows harrow to move in straight path, without shifting aside, and imparts additional movement to soil layers undercut by disks to thereby improve soil crumbling.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, enhanced reliability in operation and improved crumbling of soil lumps.
