GRAVITATIONAL APPARATUS TO UPGRADE THE FINELY CRUSHED ORES AND SLIMES Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B03B5/74 B03C1/08

Abstract RU 2292953 C2

FIELD: mining industry; gravitational apparatuses for upgrading the finely crushed ores and slimes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mining industry and may be used for the effective upgrading of the different types of the finely crushed ores and slimes. The gravitational apparatus for upgrading the finely crushed ores and slimes includes: the vibrating system made out of the cone-shaped decks of the quantity of no more than six interacting with the arbor with unbalancing loads and linked with the drive gear of vibrations; the cone-shaped decks rotary drive; the device for removal of the concentrate, which has been made in the form of the pressure tubes mounted in the radial direction above the decks and supplied with the spray jets; the device for feeding made in the form of the fine pulp feeder riser, the flushing water feeder riser, and also the riser of the water delivery into the device of the concentrate withdrawal, which are located inside the vibration system made out of the cone-shaped decks; the ring-shaped chute-receiver of the products of upgrading. The decks are mounted on the support frame. At that the working surface of the cone-shaped decks is coated with the resilient magnet having the increasing in the radial direction magnetic-field strength and with the upper layer made out of the polymeric materials with the surface microroughness made out of silicon carbide. The magnet itself is magnetized by strips along the decks conical surface generatrix and perpendicularly or at an angle to the pulp stream, and above the decks on the traverse there is the servicing stage supplied with the staircase. The technical result of the invention is the increased effectiveness and efficiency of the ores processing.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased effectiveness and efficiency of the ores processing.
