FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of minerals processing wastes, particularly, recovery of sludge tank coal slimes at concentration plants of coal an chemical recovery plants. Proposed method comprises feed of pre-processed pulp of slurry coal and flushing water to concentration table deck working surface, division of coal-bearing fractions and slurry coal at deck working surface to be discharged therefrom. Said separation is performed at feeding additional flushing water to deck working surface in continuous jets via openings made in said deck between its flutes, flow rate of said additional water making 5-20% of the amount of main water. Proposed concentration table comprises frame, deck with flutes made at its working surface, flexible supports to mount the deck at the frame, vibratory drive connected with deck, deck inclination control mechanisms, pulp and flushing water feed means, and means to discharge coal bearing fractions and slurry coal from deck surface. Additional flushing water feed channels are made parallel with deck flutes connected via opening made between deck flutes with deck working surface.
EFFECT: higher yield of coal bearing fractions and coal concentrate, higher efficiency of concentration.
