Control system is functionally coupled with device for changing motor power and it changes motor power from zero to preset maximum vale at changing of power developed by man in range from nonzero minimum value to maximum value. Man can manually set limits of power range developed by man.
EFFECT: provision of operation under any conditions of movement at comfort load range.
