SUBSTANCE: proposed wheeled and bladed propulsor has two wheels of similar diameter; one wheel is provided with gear. Wheels are interconnected by means of crankshaft; misalignment of shafts does not exceed radius of one wheel. Blades are mounted on half-axles between wheels; vanes may be mounted on lower tips of blades.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of propulsor.
