HEATED AND NON-HEATED FUEL MIXER Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC F02M37/00 F02M31/16 

FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel systems of carburetor engines, engines with injection of light fuels, and diesel engines. Heated and non-heated fuel mixer of fuel tank contains outer pipe with supply drain main line of heated fuel secured inside tank in its lower part, and inner pipe with conical funnel installed inside outer pipe to let in fuel from tank connected with intake pipeline. Conical funnel is made for movement along axis of inner pipe being furnished with cylindrical branch pipe arranged in inner pipe and setting rod coupled with branch pipe. Radial holes are made in branch pipe and in inner pipe. Said radial holes are arranged to provide possibility of bypassing drain heated fuel directly into inner pipe. Mixer contains also series-connected solenoid, electric switch and dc current source, lower part of rod being arranged inside solenoid.

EFFECT: reduced labor input in operation, provision of fire safety when changing over from one mode of operation to the other, increased reliability of engine fuel system.
