FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines.

SUBSTANCE: proposed mixer of diesel fuel has outer pipe inside lower part of tank with supply drain main line of heated, fuel, and inner pipe installed inside outer pipe and provided with conical funnel to let in fuel from tank and connected with intake fuel line. Conical funnel is installed for movement along axis of inner pipe and is provided with cylindrical branch pipe connected to inner pipe. Surfaces of conical funnel, inner and outer pipes are coated with heat insulation. Heat accumulators are arranged in fuel heating space formed between outer pipe and heat insulation of conical funnel, and electric heating coil and automatic switch with bimetallic heat element are also arranged in said fuel heating space. Electric heating coil and automatic switch are connected with dc current source and switch. Rod is connected with cylindrical branch pipe and with piston installed in cylinder of thermostat. Spring is fitted over piston, and flexible wire waveguide is installed in intake fuel line connected with ultrasonic generator cut into operation by sealed-contact reed relay, and permanent magnet secured on piston of thermostat.

EFFECT: improved reliability of fuel supply from tank to high-pressure fuel pump in winter both before starting of engine and at operation under different conditions, simplified operations to be performed by driver.
