FIELD: optical tool-making industry.

SUBSTANCE: essence of method lies in fitting environments being in optical contact and forming boundary with negative derivative or dependency of angle of full internal reflection on wave length in optically more dense environment. Method uses two pairs of optical environments, one - forming boundary with positive derivative of full internal reflection angle dependency on wave length in optically more dense environment, and another one - forming boundary with negative derivative. Method includes limiting flat angle, within limits of which beam of source radiation expands in plane, wherein optical axes of falling and reflected from environment boundaries radiation beam are located, to computed value, determined by selected spectral range.

EFFECT: possible filtration of images in middle and far infrared zones of spectrum.
