FIELD: motor engineering, in particular, diagnostics of internal combustion engine based on composition of sedimentations in oil without disassembling the engine.
SUBSTANCE: device for estimating technical state of internal combustion engine contains device for measuring parameter of technological state, transformer, signaler sensor, signaler of technological state of engine and measuring pipeline, while measuring pipeline is positioned in oil system of engine, while meter, registration device and signaler indicator are positioned in measuring pipeline and connected through signaler sensor to signaler, and meter is made in form of permanent magnets. Transformer of engine technological state parameter meter is made in form of two-shoulder lever, post, pusher, axis and return spring. Permanent magnets are positioned on one of shoulders of two-shoulder lever, other shoulder of which is connected to return spring. Lever is positioned on an axis on post, positioned inside measuring pipeline, pusher is rigidly connected to lever with possible interaction with signaler sensor in case of critical condition of engine, which signaler sensor is mounted on the post. To increase precision and trustworthiness of results device is additionally equipped with balancer of weight equal to that of magnet, mounted on end of lever, and calibrated spring of magnet, which by a clamp is connected to measuring pipeline.
EFFECT: increased precision and trustworthiness of indications of sensor during movement of vehicle.
