FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: loading device of an oscillatory shift metre includes a stepper motor mounted on a base on whose shaft there is a cam consisting of a bushing, to which a disc is attached by screws with controlled eccentricity, said screws passing through two cuts in the disc on an axial line. A ball bearing is pressed onto the disc and its outer ring is in contact with the plate of a hollow spring-loaded pusher mounted in a central bushing which is attached to a base with possibility of linear displacement, which is provided by a pin pressed into it perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, said pin moving with minimal spacing in the longitudinal groove of the central bushing, and the measuring device consists of a calibrated cylindrical helical spring attached by the top turn to an arm support mounted on the bottom end of the hollow pusher, and by the bottom turn to the support arm fixed on a measurement rod in two precision bearings coaxially with the hollow rod, where at the bottom end of said measurement rod, there is a sensitive element in form of a vertically lying plate which is corrugated on both sides, wherein the top precision bearing is mounted on the plate attached to a support arm mounted on the base, and the bottom precision bearing is in a cup fixed coaxially in the central bushing, wherein on the support arm mounted on the base coaxially with the measurement rod, there is a permanent magnet in form of a cylinder with a circular cross-section, to which the circular shape of the disc is attached from the top, and in the centre hole of which a core is pressed coaxially with the permanent magnet, wherein the disc and the core are made from soft steel, and in the circular slit between the permanent magnet and the core a coil with windings is inserted with a gap and coaxially, said core being mounted on top end of the measurement rod.
