FIELD: transforming equipment, in particular, non-symmetric semi-bridge transformers, transforming direct voltage to low direct voltage.
SUBSTANCE: traditional control over transistor from secondary winding of transformer or its branches cannot provide required speed, primarily due to dissipation inductance of windings. Therefore during traditional control over transistor from secondary winding of transformer or its branches losses at internal transistor diode are increased, resulting in decreased efficiency of transformer. Polarity of voltage on field transistor replacing output diode, shows direction of current passing through it. Signal about switching of field transistor is received from its force outputs. Change of current direction results in change of voltage polarity on field transistor, being a signal for circuit controlling this transistor.
EFFECT: increased speed of switching of field transistor replacing output diode, resulting in increased efficiency of transformer.
