FIELD: electric engineering, in particular, high-frequency pulse power supplies. SUBSTANCE: device has gate transistor voltage rectifier 1, which is designed as half-bridge circuit of transistors 4 and 5 and capacitors 6 and 7. In addition device has frequency control unit 25 which is designed as serial circuit of unit 26 which converts voltage to resistance and unit 27 which converts resistance to frequency. Output circuit of rectifier 1 has resonant circuit which is designed as choke 8 and capacitors 9, 10. Output voltage of power supply is stabilized by variation of operation frequency of rectifier 1 depending on variation of output voltage. Specific shape of base current of transistors 4 and 5 is achieved by unit 25 and circuits of elements 15-22. This results in decreased losses when rectifier transistors 4 and 5 are either enabled or disabled. EFFECT: increased stability of output voltage, decreased power losses. 4 cl, 3 dwg
