FIELD: medicine, pulmonology.
SUBSTANCE: one should sample 20 ml venous blood, separate plasma and add daily dosage of antibiotic dissolved in 2.0-3.0 ml physiological solution into the remained concentrate of blood cells of 10-15 ml volume and about 0.3-0.4 ml dimethylsulfoxide to be incubated for 30-35 min at 36-37 C. Then it is necessary to add distilled water at the quantity of about 2-3 ml to keep the solution for 10-12 min at room temperature for further intravenous injection for the patient. The innovation provides the target supply of antibacterial preparations into pulmonary tissue, more pronounced detoxication impact in comparison to conventional schemes of antibioticotherapy and, also, decreased number of complications after the diseases mentioned.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
