FIELD: grinding vegetable materials.

SUBSTANCE: proposed centrifugal rotary knife-type grinder has housing where two disks are mounted horizontally and coaxially; these disks have circular projections with through slots in radial direction; projections of upper disk are located between projections of lower disk; grinding chamber is provided with cover and with contra-cutting ring with knife; blades of this knife have castings in form of blades for delivery of air to grinding chamber; knife is mounted on common shaft with lower disk and upper disk is made integral with grinding chamber cover. Clearance between disks may be adjusted with the aid of screws and clearance between knife and contra-cutting ring may be adjusted with the aid of shims.

EFFECT: enhanced homogeneity of granulometric composition; reduction of power requirements and usage of metal.
