FIELD: construction materials industry; methods of production of the color plastoconcrete compositions.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the color plastoconcrete compositions and may be used for production of the color covers in the road construction, industrial construction and in the civil engineering. The technical result of the invention is the increase of the quality and simplification of the process of preparation of the color plastoconcrete mixtures. The method of production of the color plastoconcrete mixture is exercised by stirring of the heated up to 130-140°С mineral filler, the binding agent, the surface active substance (SAS) with the mineral powder, the pigment and water. At that the binding agent is used use together with SAS and the pigment, and the plastoconcrete composition is prepared in two stages. At that at the first stage the mixer is loaded with the heated mineral filler of the size exceeding 0.14 mm, then into the operating mixer introduce a part of the heated indicated binding agent in amount of 2.2-3.6 mass % from the mass of the mineral filler, the mineral powder, the pigment and water in the plastoconcrete mixtures and intermix till the uniform cover by the binding agent of the surfaces of the mineral filler; at the second stage for reduction of the temperature of the mixture down to 85-95°С and for emulsification of the binding agent they feed into the operating mixer the cold water in amount of 16-18 mass %, the mineral powder of fraction less than 0.14 mm, the pigment in amount of 100 % of the mass of the pigment integrated with the binding agent, and the heated rest part of the indicated binding agent in such amount that the share of the indicated binding agent in the plastoconcrete mixtures has made 8.0-10.0 mass % from the mass of the mineral filler, the mineral powder, the pigment and water and intermix till production of the uniform mixture.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased quality and simplification of the process of preparation of the color plastoconcrete mixtures.
