SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compound of the formula (I): wherein Ar1 and Ar2 mean independently of one another unsubstituted or substituted phenyl wherein its substitutes can have independent of one another values and chosen from group comprising halogen-(C1-C6)-alkyl, (C1-C6)-alkoxy-group, halogen-(C1-C6)-alkoxy-group and unsubstituted phenylcarbonyl; R1 means hydrogen atom; R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 mean independently of one another hydrogen atom or unsubstituted (C1-C6)-alkyl; X means -C(R3)(R4)-C(R5)(R6). Also, invention relates to a method for synthesis of compound of the formula (I). Method involves interaction of compound of the formula (II) with compound of the formula (III) wherein Q means a leaving group and in the presence of a catalyst if necessary. Also, invention relates to a composition used for control of nematodes, mites and insects and comprising at least one compound of the formula (I) as an active substance and carriers and/or dispersing agents. Also, invention relates to using compound of the formula (I) for control of nematodes, mites and insects and a method for control of parasites involving effect with at least compound of the formula (I) taken in the effective dose on nematodes, mites and insects.
