FIELD: chemical industry; production of the abrasive-polymeric composition used for manufacture of the porous polishing tools.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the polymeric compositions for manufacture of the elastic abrasive tools for the surface finish machining of the complex shape articles, including the large-size articles. The abrasive-polymeric composition consists of the silicon carbide or the electrocorundum, the finely-dispersive chalk, the liquid carboxylaled divinyl or divinyl nitrile rubber, epoxidian resin ED-20, zinc oxide, azoisobutyronitrile, the blockcopolymer of polyorganosiloxane and polyoxy alkylene. The technical result of the invention is the decreased net cost of production of the grinding tool made out of the abrasive-polymeric composition, the increased its strength properties at conservation at the high level of its technological and operational properties.
