FIELD: surface treatment of products of complicated shape including large-size products. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises abrasive filler and oligomeric carboxylate-based binder including (in addition to natural rubber) oligomeric epichlorohydrin- diphenylolpropane product, e.g. epoxy resin, isomethyl- tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, divalent metal oxides (e.g. zinc oxide, tetramethylthiuram diisulfidethiuram D, gas producer (e.g. azoisobutyronititite, and surfactant, e.g. polyorganosiloxane-polyoxylalkylene block copolymer). Ratios of components are as follows, wt %: filler, 71.5- 78.3; oligomeric epichlorohydrin-diphenylolpropane condensation product, e.g. epoxy resin, 6.7-8.6; isomethyl-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, 2.8-4.8; divalent metal oxides, 0.6-0.7; tetramethylthiuram disulfide- thiuram D, 0.1-0.2; azoisobutyronitrile, 0.05-0.25; polyorganosiloxane-polyoxyalkylene block copolymer, 0.05- 0.25. Method makes it possible to prepare high-strong abrasive tools for working rates of more than 60 m/s. EFFECT: improved properties of the abrasive polymeric composition. 1 ex, 2 tbl
