FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, in particular, utilization of metallurgical wastes which may be used as additional raw material in blast furnace and steel melting production.

SUBSTANCE: line for manufacturing of briquettes has system for preparing burden and forming briquettes, including reservoirs for receiving of raw material, amending and binding additives, said reservoirs being arranged in the course of process and being connected through feeding, dosing and transportation mechanisms with mixer which is joined to vibration press. Vibration press is provided with vibrators positioned so as to transmit vibrating motions to punch and die in two mutually perpendicular planes. Line is also provided with system for extracting of iron-containing material from scale-and-oil containing muds of secondary sumps of rolling shops and oil regeneration system, said systems being connected with one another. Line of such construction allows muds of secondary sumps of rolling shops to be processed, said muds including small-sized fraction scale having oil content of up to 15-17%.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibrating action upon mass to be formed, provision for producing of metallurgical briquette with increased content of metal within given volume and increased destruction resistance, and also provision for producing of mineral oil having average viscosity and fit for immediate usage.
