FIELD: the invention refers to the field of machine building and may be used at manufacturing movable connections.

SUBSTANCE: the mode of manufacturing of movable connections includes forming clearances between elements of fittings with the aid of separated elements, filling the clearances with elastomer for forming elastic elements with influence of temperature and pressure. At manufacturing elements of fittings are at first heated till 110-120⁰C of temperature, clearances are filled with elastomer, then temperature is smoothly increased till 140-150⁰C during 10-15 minutes for each 2 millimeters of the thickness of the elastic element. Vulcanization is executed at temperature 140-150⁰C holding out at this temperature 15-20 minutes. After that pressure is reduced, removal of separated elements is made. Observance of the worked out technological regime of manufacturing allows to increase quality of manufacturing movable connections at ensuring selection of demanded properties: a low module of shift, high solidity of fastening, stable degree of vulcanization along the edges of elastic elements.

EFFECT: increases quality of manufacturing.
