FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes assembling of fitting members in mould, forming of clearances between members by means of separating members, filling up clearances with elastomer and curing of elastomer. Members of assembled in odd number, each second fitting member is fastening over outer and inner surface with separating members. In process of assembling, fitting members without separating members are arranged close to support rings of mould, and fitting members with separating members are placed in between alternating them with fitting members without separating members, after which clearances are filled up with elastomer and elastomer is cured. Separating members are made of cured elastomer.
EFFECT: provision of high adaptability to manufacture of movable joints to provide required quality.
