FIELD: heat insulation.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises producing first pressure-tight tank filled with the aerogel particles under pressure bellow the atmospheric pressure, setting the first pressure-tight tank into the second tank, and destroying the first tank to balance the air pressure in the first and second tanks to increase the volume of aerogel particles thus forming the insulation article. The insulation article comprises particles of aerogel and destructible first tank. Before destroying, the first tank is filled with aerogel particles under first air pressure less than the atmospheric pressure. The second tank is under the second pressure. The aerogel particles and destructible first tank are arranged in the free space of the second tank. The second pressure of air exceeds the first air pressure, and natural volume of the aerogel particles under the second pressure exceeds the volume of the first tank by 10-20%. According to the second version, the insulation article comprises tank provided with space and free space under pressure of aerogel particles set in the free space. The natural volume of the aerogel particles under pressure exceeds the volume of the tank by 10-30%.
EFFECT: simplified method and reduced heat conductivity of the insulation article.
