SUBSTANCE: described is a component for producing vacuum insulation systems, comprising at least one insulation layer which is surrounded by a casing and gas pressure, wherein the gas pressure can be reduced by means provided in the component, wherein the means for reducing the gas pressure can be activated. Also described is a vacuum insulation system, comprising the disclosed component, as well as use of the vacuum insulation system and a method of creating a vacuum in the insulation system.
EFFECT: reliability of the component and the insulation system.
