FIELD: the invention refers to heating engineering namely to heat-generators and may be used for heating buildings of civil and industrial designation, hot water supply, heating technological liquids.
SUBSTANCE: arrangement for heating liquids has a sectional cylindrical stator with input channels fulfilled in it and an output channel and a cylindrical cavity. There are inside the cylindrical cavity two rotors on different shafts with assured clearance and with possibility of rotating from different electric engines. The input channels are located symmetrically relatively to the lateral axle the stator, and the output channel is located along the center of the stator. In each of the rotors there are through openings located at a distance at most approached to the shafts. On the end face surfaces of the rotors and the cylindrical cavity pat-through openings are fulfilled.
EFFECT: maximum increasing of effectiveness of heat making, increase of mechanical reliability of the arrangement at simultaneous simplification of the construction.
