FIELD: heat engineering, namely heat generators, possibly used in hot water supply systems and for heating different type rooms.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes cylindrical housing, lid rigidly joined with it, port of inlet duct, port of outlet duct and cylindrical cavity. Inside cylindrical cavity of housing and of lid disc is mounted at minimum gap 0.5 mm on shaft with possibility of rotation. Said shaft is installed in bearing assembly and its is joined with electric motor through coupling with elastic member. Gap value 0.5 mm is selected in range 0.3 -1.0 mm. Port of inlet duct is formed in center of lid and it is coaxial to shaft. Port of outlet duct is formed in cylindrical wall of housing and it is inclined relative to disc rotation direction. Dead openings are formed in ends of disc and in mutually opposite surfaces of housing and lid. Said dead openings are restricted by cylindrical surfaces having no chamfers and rounded portions and they are arranged along circle in radial rows. After each row of openings in disc semicircular groove is formed. Openings in cylindrical surface of disc are similar to dead openings in its end. All dead openings and grooves have the same diameter, their depth is in range 1 - 5 mm. Opening communicated through additional hydraulic duct with chamber of end seal is formed symmetrically to port of outlet duct relative to axis of apparatus. It is possible to mount throttle in port of outlet duct for realizing steam generation process.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, improved mechanical reliability, simplified design of apparatus.
