FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: pyro-metallurgical aggregate such as furnace includes one or several reaction chambers, opening or several openings in furnace roof for removing furnace gases and uptake or uptakes mounted coaxially along vertical line with said opening or openings for after-burning combustible matters in removed furnace gases. Fire resistant petals are suspended to lower edge of uptake or uptakes along the whole periphery with possibility of alternating free deflection from vertical line by angle no more than 90°.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability, increased useful life period of furnace, improved controllability of furnace hydrodynamics, simplified process of combustible matter after-burning in gas removal path.
