SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating occlusion form of postthrombophlebitic syndrome of deep veins of inferior limbs. Thus, one should apply tibial and fibular osteotrepanation foramens. Moreover, it is necessary to apply a low-diameter drill (not more than 5 mm), foramens should be applied at 3 cm, not less against the area of trophic lesions and above - up to condyles of a thigh bone. The innovation enables to increase the intensity of metabolic processes, prolong stimulation of microcirculatory improvement of venous outflow, improve microcirculation in limbs, decrease the degree of trophic disorders and terms for healing trophic ulcers.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
