FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: method includes training of collaterals. In so doing, for 5-6 days femoral artery is squeezed on affected extremity for 1.5 min. Then, for 3-4 days femoral artery on healthy extremity is squeezed for 2-4 min. Then, for 6-8 days common iliac artery on healthy extremity is squeezed during from 30 s to 3 min. After it, for 4-5 days femoral arteries are squeezed alternately for 2 min each. Six seances are conducted a day. During one seance, six squeezings are performed with one minute interval between squeezing. Treatment course lasts for 22-27 days. EFFECT: improved results of treatment. 1 dwg
