SUBSTANCE: one should lance bladder's muscular layer, stretch mucosa as a tube, apply mucosa through all the layers of anterior abdominal wall through separate access; mucosa should be applied obliquely from median towards lateral direction through muscular layer of rectus muscle of abdomen. Then it is necessary to suture up bladder's muscular layer towards the muscles of rectus muscle of abdomen in area of the tunnel developed. It is necessary to apply interrupted sutures layer-by-layer onto the wound of anterior abdominal wall. The innovation enables to improve functional results due to developing constant drainage-free labiate fistula and forming an artificial sphincter out of bladder's own tissues and fibers of rectum.
