METHOD OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF STRESS URINARY INCONTINENCE IN WOMEN Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A61B17/00 B82B1/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: portion of a lateral surface of a neck of urinary bladder, a tendinous arch of a pelvic fascia and a surface of an obturator internus muscle are separated; several sutures are applied on the pelvic fascia from both sides of the neck of urinary bladder with using nonabsorbable ligatures, not involving a wall of urinary bladder and a vaginal wall; the same ligatures are used for suturing the obturator internus muscle opposite to the pelvic fascia sutured by the same ligatures. Further, a sheet of a polymer-salt nanosized implantation composite matched by the length and width of the sutured surfaces of the pelvic fascia and obturator internus muscle is cut out and laid under the applied ligatures. Then, the ligatures are tightened so that said sheet of the polymer-salt nanosized implantation composite is located between the pelvic fascia and a surface of the obturator internus muscle.

EFFECT: method allows to ensure stronger and reliable attachment of sutured tissues involved in urine continence in women.
