FIELD: metallurgy industry; methods of the out-of-furnace treatment of the steel.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of metallurgy, in particular, to the processes of the out-of-furnace treatment of the steel of steel. Before the stream vacuumization the steel is subjected to the preliminary deoxidation by introduction into the melt of the reducing agents, such as aluminum, titanium, calcium, magnesium and-or their alloys, in the amount defined by the share of carbon in this melt. The invention allows to improve the uniformity and stability of the production process and to reduce the value of total residual oxygen in the steel after the treatment by fixing the greater part of the oxygen in the oxide non-metallic inclusions before the vacuum treatment.
