SUBSTANCE: method involves treating patient brain region with local electromagnetic field inherent in the place for applying therapy at the moment of its application. The local electromagnetic field is focused by means of reflecting and concentrating screen fixed in the position ensuring optimum action parameters. The therapy is carried out by placing patient head in the screen focus area and under continuous control of patient health condition during therapeutic treatment. The treatment involves acting with focused reflected electromagnetic field of the Earth combined with the own electromagnetic field of the patient. Focusing screen axis is directed towards the Earth and patient body is placed in screen flare projection region in focusing axis direction.
