FIELD: the invention refers to technology of machine building.

SUBSTANCE: namely it refers to manufacturing of instruments for finishing and strengthening processing of semi-finished products by surface plastic deformation with impulse weighting of deforming elements in the shape of the turns of a ring spring. The instrument has a disk on which deforming elements are placed. The deforming elements are fulfilled in the shape of the turns of a steel screw cylindrical spring of circular section folded into a ring. The ring is installed with tightness on the periphery surface of the disk. The spring turns are located and fastened in the disk grooves fulfilled under a sharp angle to the longitudinal axle of the instrument. The mentioned inclination angle of the grooves equals the inclination angle of the turns of the ring. The disk grooves are fulfilled with the shape and the dimensions reciprocal to the spring turns and the depth is equal no less than the diameter of the spring wire.

EFFECT: expands technological possibilities and reduces manufacturing cost of the instrument.
