FIELD: the invention refers to the field of processing materials under pressure namely to pneumatic hydraulic presses designed for processing special particularly explosive materials.
SUBSTANCE: the press has a stand, coaxially and in series located a power and a reciprocating cylinder with rams, a pneumatic hydraulic multiplier, distributing and control and regulating apparatus connecting the power and the reciprocating cylinders with a source of compressed air and a cistern with working liquid and an enclosure. The pneumatic hydraulic multiplier is fulfilled in the shape of a multiplier of continuous action. The stand is fulfilled in the shape of a hollow parallelepiped with a boring in whose upper plane there are the power and the reciprocating cylinders. The rams of the mentioned cylinders are connected between themselves with a common rod through a partition with compacting. The cavity of the power cylinder is connected with the main pipes with the output of the pneumatic hydraulic multiplier of continuous action and through a valve - with the cistern with working liquid. The cavity of the reciprocating cylinder is connected with the source of compressed air. The hydraulic and pneumatic inputs of the pneumatic hydraulic multiplier of continuous action are connected correspondingly with the cistern with working liquid and the source of compressed air. The enclosure is fulfilled in the shape of a gate installed with possibility of vertical displacement in the guides of the stand and equipped with a drive in the shape of a cylinder connected through a pneumatic distributor with the source of compressed air. Its rod is connected by way of flexible connections with the gate.
EFFECT: reduces dimensions and the weight of the press, increases its maintainability and safety.
