FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to hydraulic presses. Proposed press comprises stationary and moving crossbars, two drive and two return cylinders, pump station and moving crossbar control system. System comprises two double booster dispenser and double reducer dispenser. Each of said devices incorporates inlet cylinder and two dispensing cylinders with plungers that make moving unit. Plunger units are rigidly interconnected. Press uses hydraulic valve system including four-way three-position reverse slide valve, two shutoff two-position slide valves, two pressure relays, six check valves, and extra four-way two-position reverse slide valve. Chamber of aforesaid dispensing cylinders are arranged along booster dispenser periphery and communicated via check valves with one of drive cylinders.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
