FIELD: chemical industry; devices for production of blasting explosives.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the technology of production of the blasting explosives and presents the device used for filling-up the group of the articles with the blasting explosive (BE) smelt containing the heated tank, in the bottom of which there are the drain holes overlapped by the valves. The heated tank is supplied with the shutter of the BE hot smelt feeding and the shutter of the BE hot smelt excess discharge controlled by the pneumatic distributor, the horizontal partition and the measuring jars installed on the bottom of the tank inside which, except for the last, there are the displacers. The top butts of the measuring jars, except for the last one, are made flush with the horizontal partition. The last measuring jar is made higher, than the rest measuring jars and mounted on the bottom of the tank with formation above the horizontal partition of the overflow threshold. Inside the last measuring jar coaxially with the shutter coupling rod there is the floater with the capability of the vertical movement under action of the buoyant force of the BE hot smelt and interacting through the push lever with the pneumatic distributor. The invention allows to obtain the high accuracy and stability of the batching.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the high accuracy and stability of the batching.
