SUBSTANCE: proposed rust reforming agent contains the following components, mass-%: arthophosphoric acid (85%), 45-65; ferro-prussiate -potassium ferrocyanide, 3.0-4.0; aluminum nitrate, 2.0-3.0; zinc nitrate, 0.5-1.5 and fluorocarbon compound, 0.01-0.1 of total formula

and water, up to 100%. Protective film may be used as primer for application of paints and varnishes.
EFFECT: enhanced durability of film formed on metal excluding further corrosion due to protection effect arising between film and parent metal.
