LOADING TUBE FOR SHOOTING PERFORATOR (VARIANTS), METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME AND METHOD FOR OPERATION OF SHOOTING PERFORATOR Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC E21B43/117

Abstract RU 2295027 C2

FIELD: well shooting perforators.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to first variant, loading tube contains cup-shaped elements, forming hollows for placement of charge of explosive substance, and shelves, forming recesses, two longitudinal sections, each one of which forms more than one section of cup-shaped element, which are evened out in sideward direction relatively to sections of cup-shaped element and appropriate sections of hollow of cup-shaped element of remaining longitudinal sections. In accordance to second variant, loading tube contains cup-shaped elements, having hollows for placement of charge of explosive substance and each having shape, appropriate for profile of one of charges of explosive substance, at least two longitudinal sections, each one of which forms more than one section of cup-like element and appropriate section of hollow of cup-like element, evened out in sideward direction relatively to sections of cup-shaped element and appropriate sections of hollow of cup-shaped element of remaining longitudinal sections for forming cup-shaped elements and hollows of cup-shaped elements during bending of longitudinal sections to closed position. Each longitudinal section is connected to another longitudinal section along at least one longitudinal folded seam so, that adjacent longitudinal sections may be bent together into closed position. Shelves of loading tube form recesses. In accordance to method for operation of shooting perforator, loading tube is manufactured, containing at least two longitudinal sections, each one of which is connected to another longitudinal section along at least one longitudinal folded seam and has sections of cup-shaped elements, each one of which forms appropriate section of hollow of cup-shaped element, formed along its length in longitudinal direction. Each one of sections of cup-shaped element and appropriate sections of hollow of cup-shaped element matches sections of cup-shaped element evened out in sideward direction and appropriate sections of hollow of cup-shaped element formed by remaining longitudinal sections, for forming the cup-shaped element and hollow of cup-shaped element, having shape, appropriate for profile of charge of explosive substance and providing for detention of explosive substance charge in cup-shaped element of closed loading tube. Loading tube forms shelves and recesses. Explosive substance charges are positioned in hollows of cup-shaped elements. Remaining longitudinal sections are bent around explosive substance charges for forming practically cylindrical loading tube. In accordance to method for making loading tube, material is formed so that it has shape of cup-shaped elements meant for placement of explosive substance, formed along longitudinal sections. Charges of explosive substance are placed in cup-shaped elements along one of longitudinal sections. Longitudinal sections are bent together for, practically, encasing charges of explosive substance inside of practically cylindrical tube.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of shooting perforator.
