FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration insulator comprises flat flexible members and friction damping members. The flat flexible members are made of a stack of flexible arch-shaped members made of an assembly of alternating flat springs oriented in mutually perpendicular directions. The springs bear on the base. Each of the flat springs is composed of the horizontal shelf and two side shelves bent at an angle of 135° to the horizontal shelf and having bearing sections at their ends. The damping member of the vibration insulator is made of bushings with flanges arranged parallel to the axis of the vibration insulator and damping member mounted in the plane perpendicular to the axis of the vibration insulator. The bushings are connected with the flat springs by means of rives. The ratio of the outer diameter of damping member to its height is 1.0-2.4.
EFFECT: improved vibration insulation.
