FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolator comprises a base, flexible elements and support assemblies. Flexible elements are made in the form of a pack of top and bottom arc-type flexible elements facing towards each other. Each of packages is made in the form of a set of alternating in mutually perpendicular directions of flat springs. Each flat spring consists of horizontal flange and two lateral flanges bent at angle 135° to horizontal flange and provided with thrust sections at ends. Damping element of the vibration isolator is a compound one and consists of friction and elastic parts. Friction part is made in the form of bushings with flanges on ends and a piece of rope wound along closed circuit of the bushing. Bushes are coupled with resilient elements by rivets. Elastic part is made as flexible damping ring embracing the rope section from outside. Spring steel is used as a material of the ring. Inner surface is coated with frictional material.
EFFECT: improved efficiency in resonant mode of vibration isolation.
