FIELD: recovering spent nuclear fuel.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method for recovering irradiated nuclear fuel includes extraction redistribution using 30% tributyl phosphate in hydrocarbon diluent and precipitation of ammonia polyurethanes from uranium re-extracting agents. Ammonia polyurethanes are precipitated in environment of 1 - 10 g/l of thiocarbonic acid diamide.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of decontamination.
