FIELD: nuclear fuel recovery. SUBSTANCE: method used to recover uranium enriched by uranium-235 involves one or more extraction cycles using tributyl phosphate in organic thinner as extracting agent. Prior to re-extraction extract is thinned by recirculating extracting agent in proportion ensuring steady-state concentration of fissionable material being extracted in re-extract within nuclear safety standards. Proposed method makes it possible to recover enriched uranium solutions in equipment located in nuclear-hazard zones and also may be used in extraction processes for recovering plutonium- 239 solutions or solutions containing enriched uranium and plutonium- 239. EFFECT: provision for producing uranium-enriched re-extracts of nuclear safe concentration. 1 dwg, 6 tbl
