FIELD: mechanical engineering; sealing facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing of glass containers. Proposed sealing head has body, at least one vertical axle with upper and lower levers, drive shaft with widening in place of contact of shaft with upper lever which is made in form of solid or revolution with variable angle of tilting of generatrix of body to its axis and seaming roller located on lower lever. Sealing head is provided with intermediate lever arranged on axle and cam coupled with intermediate lever, which is connected through elastic member with lower lever carrying seaming roller. Vertical axle is rigidly coupled with upper lever and cam.

EFFECT: improved quality of sealing, reduced rejection.
