FIELD: oil and gas production industry, particularly enhanced recovery methods for obtaining hydrocarbons.

SUBSTANCE: method in accordance with one variant involves producing oil with the use of producing and injection wells with rectangular well location pattern, wherein water is used as working agent; performing deep hydraulic dynamic investigation to determine massive nature of development unit to be analyzed. Producing and injection wells are horizontal and are spaced in vertical direction within rectangular unit. Producing wells are located along development unit sides approximately at oil rim thickness center. One injection well is drilled over oil-water surface, another one is formed over gas-oil surface. Water thickened with polymer is pumped in injection wells, wherein pumping mode is selected to provide current bed pressure in the development unit of not less than initial bed pressure. In accordance with another variant one vertical injection well is used instead of two horizontal ones, bed over gas-oil surface and oil-water saturated interval near water-oil surface are partially penetrated correspondingly.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of development of gas-and-oil field characterized by massive bed structure with bed layers having non-uniform reservoir properties and insufficiently stable producing reservoir.
