FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbojet engines.
SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, cooling air from air-to-air heat exchanger is delivered into inner space of turbine blades, flow rates of cooling air and fuel are measured and recorded, cooling air pressure fluctuations in air-to-air heat exchanger and turbine and fluctuations of fuel pressure in control set and parameters of turbojet engine in operation are measured and recorded. Air duct of turbine air conditioning system is furnished with at least one source of forced fluctuations of cooling air pressure. Pulsating pressure signal of fuel is supplied to input of control set. Cooling air pressure forced fluctuations source is adjusted to set fluctuation mode and cooling air is passed through and delivered from air-to-air heat exchanger into space of nozzle assembly and impeller of turbine and heat exchange in turbine and heat exchanger is intensified. Frequency of cooling air pressure fluctuations in channels of air-to air heart exchanger and turbine is maintained within the range of acoustic fluctuations. According to other design version, self-sustained fluctuation mode of cooling air pressure forced fluctuation source is set by control unit.
EFFECT: increased economy of turbojet engine.
