FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for control flow rate of turbine cooling air, mainly for double-circuit turbojet engine with air-to-air heat exchanger in outer circuit. It can be used also in gas turbine drives of gas transfer sets of gas main compressor stations. proposed systems makes it possible to improve reliability of control of turbine cooling air flow rate and prevent emergencies at flight in case of loss of tightness or destruction of air lines supplying manifold of control air through control unit by automatically shifting overlapping device from CLOSED position to OPEN position which is more safe for operation of turbine. Improved reliability of control system of flow rate of air cooling the turbine of turbojet engine is provided owing to reduction of forces arising in control system, and no mechanical coupling between elements of overlapping device-valves cutoff apparatus does not require their synchronous operation and uniform delivery of control air, and failure of any overlapping device (sticking, wedging or other defects) of more than thirty valves included into control system does not practically influence serviceability of control system of turbine cooling air flow rate in turbojet engine or gas turbine drive of gas transfer sets of gas main compressor stations.
