FIELD: food engineering, in particular, poultry processing technique.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has shafts and oblique toothed gears rotating in opposite directions with respect to one another. First of shafts is equipped with helical groove and second shaft is equipped with coils entering helical groove of first shaft. Stop-catcher made in the form of shaped plate and equipped with two guides is positioned under oblique toothed gears.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved quality of processing poultry and reduced muscular stomach losses.
